1. Get the customer’s bank

https://beta-collect.paga.com/banks

Lists the banks your customer can pay from, each with its uuid. Send the customer’s bank as payer.bankId for USSD and Direct Debit, or as autoSweep.bankPublicId for Subsidiary Accounts.
