How they connect
Money paid into a customer’s account can stay there, or move on straight away. Either way, everything you pay out leaves from your business account.
Your customer pays
By bank or Paga transfer, into the permanent account number you gave them.
It arrives in their subsidiary account
A ledger-backed account holds the money until you charge or transfer it. A virtual account moves it on straight away.
It settles to your business account
Virtual accounts settle to your business account instantly, or to a bank account you choose.
You pay out from your business account
Money transfers, airtime, data and bill payments all leave from your business account.
